Incorporating mindfulness in your daily life is an excellent way to live more intentionally and with greater kindness toward yourself. One-on-one coaching sessions can help you learn to practice mindfulness in a way that meets your own specific priorities, opportunities and needs.

You can expect customized guidance in identifying personalized exercises and relevant resources to help you take your mindfulness practice to the next level.

COACHING PROGRAMS

Coaching sessions can be scheduled based on your needs. The approach, content, and intention of  coaching programs will vary with each person, because YOU are unique!

TIMING & RATES
Coaching calls will last one hour, at a rate of $60 per session. Multi-session packages are available.

Owner of Evolution Physical Therapy & Wellness

I am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and a graduate of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, accredited by the Greater Good Science Center at UC-Berkeley.

I am a strong believer in the power of meditation and mindfulness to contribute to physical health and wellness, and have been successfully incorporating mindfulness into my physical therapy practice for 5 years.
