About the event

Through easy, practical teachings, learn to connect with the summer season and lean into slowing down and relaxing.  Each week we will explore formal meditations, mindful movement, mindfulness practices engaging the 5 senses, calming techniques for the nervous system and more. 

  • 4 weeks [Mondays July 18-Aug 8]
  • 5:30-6:30pm ET
  • Sliding scale registration fee $45-90
